Doutor Contabilista has a history of success and dedication to its clients. Founded in Portugal in 2020, under the name Andrade & Oliveira - Contabilidade e Gestão, Lda was founded on 5 February 2020, in the charming town of Parede, in Cascais.

The company was founded with the aim of offering accounting and management services to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as administrative support and tax consultancy. With a dedicated and experienced team, Andrade & Oliveira quickly won the trust of its clients, becoming a local benchmark. However, the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 brought unprecedented challenges. With the closure of many companies, including ours.

After a period of uncertainty and reflection, the company was reborn in June 2024 with a new name, PON Contabilidade e Gestão, Lda, based in Charneca da Caparica. The fresh start was marked by a strategic repositioning and a renewed focus on meeting clients' emerging needs.

On 13 July 2024, the company was renamed WHBO Consultoria, Contabilidade, Gestão e Serviços, Lda. We re-branded and began to be known as Doutor Contabilista, another reflection of the growth and diversification of the services offered. A duly registered and patented brand, Doutor Contabilista has expanded its range of services to include consultancy in company creation and management processes, administrative support, tax management, financial recovery and much more.
